"Simply put, Marcy is the best. Through the entire buying/selling process, Marcy met every challenge and obstacle head on and handled them with grace and expedience. We relied on Marcy to assist us in finding our new home, as well as handle the sale of our current. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of the area and identified an array of options across our budget. With Marcy’s help, the purchase of our new property was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the new house we now call home. Shortly after purchasing our new home it was time to sell the old. Marcy had our home listed and contracted in under 4 days! When it came time for inspections, Marcy again met the challenges of small repairs and changes, helping us coordinate and complete our items to meet closing requirements. Even when the buying agent threw a last-minute wrench, Marcy didn’t flinch and handled the issue with nothing short of class. Never once did she allow anything to compromise our closing. "This is a very overdue review but better late then never! Marcy went above and beyond for me purchasing my first home. I had a very unique and frustrating situation with my mortgage lender that caused a lot of unnecessary problems throughout the whole buying process. Marcy was more then patient and understanding from start to finish and I can’t thank her enough! I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy/sell a home. I will for sure be contacting her in the future whenever I look to buy or sell!"

"When my wife and I were planning on moving from our home, we were initially quite nervous. This was because we had only lived in our new home for a year, it was a new build, and they were still building our same model in our neighborhood. We thought it was going to be a tough sell, one that we would like sit on for a few months, losing a lot of money. Then, along comes Marcy! She was enthusiastic and confident that she could sell our home. She made us feel at ease and excited to move forward. She was never pushy and always made time to field our phone calls. Indeed, she was always accessible when we needed her and would come over to our home to discuss any concerns we would have about selling our home. Not only about real estate, but also everything Lexington and beyond. Coming from a different state, she made sure we knew all the specifics of home ownership that are specific to the city, county, and state. As our selling agent, she successfully marketed our home to secure an offer within our desired timeline. She is very honest and realistic when helping determine an asking price and really worked hard to negotiate the best possible sale price for our home.
