With the deep comfort and familiarity as a lifelong Lexington County area resident, Beth Gossett moves easily through all the different areas of the Midlands. “As a native of the Midlands area, my clients rely on my knowledge of local markets and statistics" . Beth's eye for detail along with her friendly nature means that every transaction is completed with the kind of attention each buyer and seller deserve. Most importantly Beth knows communication is the only way to make sure no one is left to wonder what is going on in the transaction. They have the information as soon as Beth does! Information and communication have been a part of Beth’s career since her first full time position. Beth enjoyed working in the medical nd insurance industry as well as in the customer service arena. Working with people showed Beth that she is a true “people” person – a great listener, patient and considerate, with a terrific sense of humor. Like many real estate professionals, Beth’s interest in real estate began with her own personal experiences. Instead of going straight in to real estate sales, she had a particular interest in the details of appraising real estate so she became a Certified Residential Appraiser. She continues to hold an inactive appraisers license. Beth has the ability to educate her clients on not just the real estate transaction and the home, but also on local market statistics and value of real estate. But don’t let the details and the numbers fool you. Beth is a natural “people” person with dynamic southern charm. Her tag line, “As Southern as Sweet Tea in a Mason Jar” says it all! You can’t get much more southern than Beth and she enjoys introducing her clients to everything southern.
